 |  My husband and I were at your booth this past weekend at the Cranberry Festival - and I'm glad we were. We purchased your "Cajun Cool Blackened Seasoning". I added it to two dishes I made over the weekend and must tell you, it is GREAT! With just a couple shakes on both dishes, it added just the right "pizazz", so it is also a wonderful value for the quality of flavor we enjoyed. | Bought your Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing last year I believe at Peoples Choice Event, Was not a fan of oil & balsamic dressings before, but I have to tell you it is all me & my husband use now. I am ordering a case of the big bottles this time. If you want a good tasting & obviously good for you dressing, you wont be disappointed in Chef Tims Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing. | We bought your salad dressing at the Garden Show in Harrisburg, PA in February (2012) after tasting a sample. It is the best salad dressing we have ever had. Just finished the 32 oz bottle and my husabnd and I fought over who got the last bit. That won't happen again as I just purchased three 32 oz bottles on line. | Chef Tim - I sampled your Sweet Balsamic Dressing at the Green Dragon and bought a bottle. My family is not usually a fan of vinaigrette, but your dressing is fantastic. Drizzled over avocado is incredible as is using it for the dressing for Panzanella. Hope your products get picked up by stores in Baltimore.
